Covid-19 Quarantining and not going "BK 2 SKL" 👑

Hey, well, the world's gone tits-up since my last post, hasn't it? At some point, I would have said Covid-19 sounded like a cool name for a future-traveling android, but now it all seems like we're the butt of a huge cosmic joke. And social media isn't helping with the hysteria.

Alas, thought I'd take a break from it all and post. What else is there to do? Quarantining, social distancing, introversion and all that.

Designed this album cover. Didn't get used in the end. Long story, but thought I'd share anyway.

New post! It's one of them things where you're posting non-stop on TheActionPixel.com it just takes up all the time. But you know that already, right.

But in any case here is some creative news that I can share.

Did some cover art for Scrulove next EP (nowadays we just call any compilation an album by all appearances; shows you how dated I am). It's called The World Ends In Five Days.

Came up with the basic concept and spent a hectic Sunday, trying to take the perfect picture. An unforeseen issue with lighting (not my forte, for sure), but alas the images I needed were salvageable, more or less. Blended images and textures in Photoshop and the rest is history.
