A2 Revolution poster for sale (profits go to DEC)

So Harbinger is going through the whole ePub process. Bit annoying now. In anticipation of its release, I've started an ad campaign here and in the US via Facebook. So I have turned my attention to other things. May be designing a cover for a book soonish...sometime in September. Need to finish editting that video and get more area shots when I touchdown near Remi. Redman and coursework of course. New music video in talks at the moment.

Plus I am selling a few posters on here (revolution posters- see sidebar). It's £1.19 for one, 3 for £3. Postage is £3, and will be shipped in sturdy postal tube, recorded delivery. When work trickles rather than pours on...

...is annoying but you know its a prelude of good things to come. Yesterday, I met up with my brother in arms Remi King to start the edit for the Stak video. Might need to get more area shots but the initial edit is on its way and its looking very promising. Also will be putting my hands into the motion graphics pot. The Red Man animation I have been working on has had me using tools I usually don't using in AE. Which is a good thing. Thats what happens when you are self taught. If you have found a way of doing something, your not quite eager to learn much else. But once the learning process is carried, usually through forced necessity, you remember exactly why you love what you do. It's weird I know. I think its the bad 3D nightmares of old that left me frustrated after hours of modelling, rendering and double vision.

Red Man is coming along. Slowly. Exported a few animated clips and about to put them on the timeline. See how it all looks. Here are some illustrations/framework I've done in the past week. I know I said I wouldn't post anything Red Man related until I got a bulk of it done, but I've been so diligent, I don't think posting one or two things will mess with my work feng shui. Simple ish:

Also been working on a logo for music group 'Heroine Highrise'. First logo, was ok, but too funky.

Second one's not done, still working on it. Need to get my ass in gear. As it stands:

STAK'S How We Roll: The Pelvic Grind of the Urban Creatives

Yours truly and Remi King did some shooting on Monday...or was it Tuesday? Music Video time, got help from a cool team of people. Stak's How We Roll is the video and Remi, with some aid from me came up with a cool narrative that ended up getting scrapped so we went out on a strong, performance video. Well, because I am terrible with names (Hugh and Jack I believe) you can see their lovely faces:



All in all great laughs, great talks. I know I will be seeing em again. Video is going through a rigorous edit session Friday/Saturday, so should be completed soonish then we do the rounds- TVchannels and all that jazzy jazz.

You know that weird state of being where someone shows contempt but tries everything to get your attention to the fact they still exist? Never understood that. Anyways, I have one thing to say to the Creatives out there...'create'. For better for worse. Chaos or harmony. Simply be.

Junko's Shamisen

Been doing some slick flick stuff in the past weeks, and came across this nice little short... animation, comic, live action theatre. And it has a samurai. It's Junko's Shamisen by Sol Friedman.



Working on Redman (yet again). Wont be showing much of that except on twitter, and on here when i have something substantial like 50% done.

Harbinger: The Medium and the Message Release Date- SEPT 1, 2011

That little e-book I've been slaving over is on the verge of its release date: September 1st 2011. Harbinger: the Medium and the Message will be released and available at all good e-book retailers, namely Amazon, Reader, iBook and Nook. In light of this I put up one final promo clip on youtube. Riots are heating up. Harbinger is disturbingly coming to fruition. And I hate it. But I am mentally preparing myself for the worse. The police still have to answer for de Menezes. Following orders? I'm sure that excuse didn't work for the Nazis either.

Harbinger, the ebook anthology, is on its way out very,  very soon... well I'm uploading the final trailer as we speak as I've been saying on Facebook and Twitter. I also released the final official cover art design of the e-book. Really amped now seeing everythings coming together nicely:

Also just completed a moodboard for a series of music videos me an Remi King are going to direct in August. Simple montage, cant wait to start boardin'. Think heist, skimask way, 'having sex with the world by raising your middle finger',  stash houses and the come-up:
